ALT-LAN and Mobixell announce strategic partnership to maximize mobile operator revenues from multimedia based services


Moscow, Russia; Cupertino, CA, - ALT-LAN, the leading vendor of CDP/SDP
systems and the solutions provider for the mobile content market in Russia,
and the CIS, together with Mobixell Networks, a leading provider of innovative mobile
multimedia solutions, have today announced a partnership to deliver a broad variety
of mobile multimedia solutions for operators and content providers.

The two companies have already successfully deployed Mobixell's mobile content based
solution at a Tier -1 operator in Russia, enabling subscribers to enjoy a wide variety of
high-quality content based services. The solution aims to help subscribers to more easily
use and share content, leading to an increase in usage of the operator's VAS services, - thus increasing its revenues.

The partnership offers mobile operators and content providers the full range of Mobixell's innovative mobile multimedia solutions:
