Over The Top (OTT) service and content providers can make it challenging for mobile operators to stay in touch with their customers on the Web. Online engagement with customers is important for both the operator and the customer: The operator needs to be able to communicate in real-time to send notifications or policy changes and to take advantage of devices as a point of sale for upselling, marketing campaigns and advertising; the user would like to have more control and enhance the Web experience and associated services.

 

The Mobixell Seamless Access Customer Engagement Tools are built to address this challenge by providing various communication channels such as event-driven out of band (SMS), in-line (Interstitial Pages) and continuous real-time communication (Interactive Toolbar).

The Mobixell Interactive Toolbar is the most versatile channel for interacting with the subscriber any time, anywhere. It provides operators with excellent opportunities to monetize mobile data services while enabling users to have better control over their Web experience. The toolbar is also used to personalize all other services available in Seamless Access.
