Amir Aharoni,
CEO & Co Founder
Before co-founding Mobixell, Amir Aharoni served as President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Optibase Ltd.(NASDAQ:OBAS), a leading specialist in the delivery of MPEG-based digital video over ATM and IP-based networks. Amir oversaw Optibase's sales, marketing, R&D, operations and HR departments, and was responsible for the company's five wholly-owned subsidiaries worldwide. Prior to this, Amir was part of the founding team of VDOnet Corp. an Internet video-streaming and video-conferencing technology company, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Engineering. He also worked as an engineer at Intel's design center in Israel. Amir holds a BSEE/CS (Summa Cum Laude) in Computer Engineering from the Technion (Israel's Institute of Technology), and received his MBA from Tel Aviv University.
David Kahani,
Chief Operating Officer
Before joining Mobixell executive team, David Kahani served as Senior VP of Engineering of Teranex Inc., a US based company in the field of Video and Image Processing, Array (parallel) architecture. In his previous roles, David served Executive VP R&D of Optibase (NASDAQ:OBAS), a leading specialist in the delivery of MPEG-based digital video over ATM and IP-based networks and before that as AVP & COO of one of ECI Telecom's (NASDAQ:ECIL) business units, The Broadband Mux Business Unit (name Hi-TV) focusing on large scale, high-quality video distribution over broadband ATM networks. David holds a BSc. in Electronics and Computer Science from the Ben-Gurion University, Israel.
Yehuda Elmaliach,
CTO & Co Founder
A co-founder of Mobixell, Yehuda Elmaliach previously co-founded Optibase Ltd. (NASDAQ:OBAS),a leading specialist in the delivery of MPEG-based digital video over ATM and IP-based networks. During his years at Optibase, Yehuda held a number of different managerial positions including Vice President of Research and Development, and Chief Technology Officer. Prior to this, he worked at Intel's design center in Israel. Yehuda holds a BSEE from the Technion (Israel's Institute of Technology).
Yaron Dishon,
SVP Sales APAC & Americas and Global
Channels
Prior to joining Mobixell, Yaron was VP of Global Sales & Channel Development at Adamind where he was responsible for setting up and managing sales activities in key markets in Asia, EMEA and North America. During his 2 years with Adamind, Yaron built business relationships with blue-chip global telecommunication services and infrastructure companies such as Ericsson, Motorola and IBM and managed direct relations with Operators such as Verizon, Bharti, M1 etc. Yaron joined Adamind from Emblaze Systems following the merger between Philips MP4Net and Emblaze Transcoding where he was acting as Director of Business Development at Emblaze Systems. Prior to joining Emblaze, Mr. Dishon served as V.P. Business Development & Sales at Team works Technology Ltd., an Internet Technology Company. Before this, Mr. Dishon was acting in several Sales and Marketing positions at Johnson & Johnson, Inc. and D.M.I International, Inc. Mr. Dishon holds an MBA in Marketing and Trade from Thunderbird, Glendale, AZ USA and B.Sc. in Management from University of Massachusetts - Boston, Massachusetts USA.
Avi Kahani,
VP Operations and Head of Rich Media Delivery Product Line
Before joining Mobixell, Avi Kahani was the General Manager of a consumer products import and marketing enterprise, representing, among others, the Newell Rubbermaid Corporation. Prior to that, Avi served as the brand-marketing manager for Guri Distribution Ltd. Avi holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion (Israel's Institute of Technology).
Tamar Ben-Porath,
EVP Corporate Development
Ms. Ben-Porath Adv., joined the company's management team in 2007. Prior to that, she served as external legal counsel of the Company since its inception. Her prior experience spans the full range of corporate transactions, including advising start-up companies on venture capital financing, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, employee incentive schemes, and day-to-day corporate matters. Tamar also has extensive experience in complex licensing deals, joint development agreements, and strategic alliances. Following her clerkship with the Israeli Supreme Court, Adv. Ben Porath practiced corporate law with a top Chicago law firm, and after returning to Israel, joined as a Partner in the Israeli law firm of Eitan, Pearl & Co. Ms. Ben-Porath holds an LL.B from the University of Tel-Aviv law school, and an LL.M degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
Liat Inbar-Arad
VP Human Resources
Before Joining Mobixell ,Liat Inbar- Arad served as Vice President for Human Resources at ECtel (Nasdaq: ECTX), which develops and markets integrated revenue management™ (IRM™) solutions for communications service providers. She joined ECtel from Finjan Software where she served as Vice President Human Resources. Prior to Finjan Software Ms. Inbar-Arad was the organizational development and training manager of Orbotech (Nasdaq: ORBK). Prior to that, she served as training development manager at ECI Telecom. Previously, Ms. Inbar-Arad held various lecture and research positions at the Open University and Tel-Aviv University. Ms. Inbar-Arad holds an M.A. in Labor Studies, with honors, and a B.A. in Humanities from Tel-Aviv University, with honors.
Ofer Sharon
VP Customer Services & Support
Ofer brings Mobixell more than 24 years of experience in management and development of complex electronics systems. Before joining Mobixell, he served as R&D Manager at Alvarion, managing the Mobile WiMAX program and leading the Project Management, Integration, and Alpha teams. Prior to this, Ofer served as R&D Manager at Marvell, and at Actelis where he was responsible for the development of a patented DSL Cross-Talk cancellation product. Ofer was awarded the Israeli Security Prize for a unique technological development. He holds a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering (Cum Laude) from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA.
Noam Green
VP Marketing
Noam joined Mobixell in 2005 fulfilling multiple Marketing and Pre-sales positions including establishing and managing the company’s presale activities in EMEA, leading the company’s Solutions and Innovations group which focused on business development activities and currently heading Mobixell’s Corporate Marketing. Noam has more than 12 years of experience in the communication business working in companies ranging from Satellite Communication, through Cellular Operators to Telco Software providers. Prior to joining Mobixell, Noam worked at Pelephone’s Engineering division - Israel’s first Mobile Network Operator, where he lead multiple VAS projects, such as Mobile TV, Messaging and Internet Browsing to implementation. Noam holds a B.Sc in Computer Science and Economics from Ben Gurion University.
Moshe Molcho,
VP R&D
Moshe Molcho brings over 22 years of experience in the hi-tech industry, leading R&D organizations in various technologies. Prior to joining Mobixell, Moshe Molcho was a VP R&D and Israel General Manager at Zend. In this role, Moshe managed Zend’s worldwide R&D and was responsible for the implementation of Zend’s new product strategy. Prior to this, Moshe was COO at Panaya, a provider of SaaS for cost effective management of ERP systems. Moshe was also IBM Development Lab Manager in Haifa where he was responsible for chip development in Israel as well as storage software development in the area of advanced copy services. In previous roles, Moshe was VP R&D and later COO of Online Benefits, and VP Engineering and General Manager at C-Cube Microsystems. Moshe Molcho holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc in Computer Science from the Technion, Israel.
David Seligman
CFO
David Seligman brings over 20 years of experience in various financial executive roles. Since 1996 he has served as Chief Financial Officer of several publicly traded companies, including Syneron Medical Ltd. (Nasdaq: ELOS), NUR Macroprinters Ltd. (Nasdaq: NURM), Radvision Ltd. (Nasdaq: RVSN) and LanOptics Ltd. (Nasdaq: LNOP). Prior to this, David served as a Senior Financial Analyst for Fidelity Investment Systems Company in Boston, Massachusetts. David Seligman has also served as CFO, as a controller and as a financial analyst for several private hi-tech companies. David holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tel-Aviv University, Israel
Frank Klafki
VP Sales, EMEA
Frank Klafki brings over 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Prior to Joining Mobixell, Frank was VP, Managing Director at Allot Communications Central EMEA where he was responsible for all marketing and sales activities in Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to this, Frank was VP, managing director at Turin Networks EMEA. In this role Frank was responsible for designing and executing the new sales and marketing strategy for Turin Networks. Prior to this role, Frank was Managing director at Juniper Networks, where he was responsible for the entire sales and marketing activities in the EMEA region. In previous roles, Frank was Managing Director at Lucent Technologies and VP EMEA Channel at Ciena. Frank Klafki holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Giessen. Germany.
