Klod Ghez,
CEO

For more than 25 years, Mr. Ghez has held senior level positions at computer and software companies, both large and small. For the last several years he has been a management consultant for large international corporations. Prior to that he served the board of directors of Octavian, Inc., a software vendor in the wealth and investment management industry and served as CEO and president of the company. Before that, Mr. Ghez was CEO and president of Sheer Networks, Inc. whose growth he led toward a successful acquisition by Cisco Systems in 2005. He served as a vice president and customer business executive for global accounts at Amdocs, where he was responsible for governing key customer accounts. Mr. Ghez also served as general manager, EMEA for the Computer Associates InterBiz financial unit. He has lived in major business centers around the globe and is fluent in French, Italian, English and Hebrew.

Yehuda Elmaliach,
CTO & Co Founder

A co-founder of Mobixell, Yehuda Elmaliach previously co-founded Optibase Ltd. (NASDAQ:OBAS),a leading specialist in the delivery of MPEG-based digital video over ATM and IP-based networks. During his years at Optibase, Yehuda held a number of different managerial positions including Vice President of Research and Development, and Chief Technology Officer. Prior to this, he worked at Intel's design center in Israel. Yehuda holds a BSEE from the Technion (Israel's Institute of Technology).

Gad Tobaly,
President Mobixell Americas

Gad Tobaly joined Mobixell in 2013 bringing an extensive international experience growing US and European technology companies. Most recently, Tobaly was COO of Nastel Technologies, a global provider of middleware-centric application performance management and diagnostics solutions. Previously, he was CEO of InfoVista SA, a then NASDAQ-listed global leader of service assurance solutions for telecommunications companies, later successfully acquired by Private Equity firm Thoma Bravo. Prior to InfoVista, Tobaly was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Computer Associates (CA Inc.). He joined CA after the acquisition of Platinum Technology, where he served as Managing Director in key markets in Europe. Tobaly holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Dauphine University in Paris and is fluent in four languages

Yaron Dishon,
SVP APAC

Prior to joining Mobixell, Yaron was VP of Global Sales & Channel Development at Adamind where he was responsible for setting up and managing sales activities in key markets in Asia, EMEA and North America. During his 2 years with Adamind, Yaron built business relationships with blue-chip global telecommunication services and infrastructure companies such as Ericsson, Motorola and IBM and managed direct relations with Operators such as Verizon, Bharti, M1 etc. Yaron joined Adamind from Emblaze Systems following the merger between Philips MP4Net and Emblaze Transcoding where he was acting as Director of Business Development at Emblaze Systems. Prior to joining Emblaze, Mr. Dishon served as V.P. Business Development & Sales at Team works Technology Ltd., an Internet Technology Company. Before this, Mr. Dishon was acting in several Sales and Marketing positions at Johnson & Johnson, Inc. and D.M.I International, Inc. Mr. Dishon holds an MBA in Marketing and Trade from Thunderbird, Glendale, AZ USA and B.Sc. in Management from University of Massachusetts - Boston, Massachusetts USA.

Avi Kahani,
VP EMEA

Before joining Mobixell, Avi Kahani was the General Manager of a consumer products import and marketing enterprise, representing, among others, the Newell Rubbermaid Corporation. Prior to that, Avi served as the brand-marketing manager for Guri Distribution Ltd. Avi holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion (Israel's Institute of Technology).

Liat Inbar-Arad
VP Human Resources

Before Joining Mobixell ,Liat Inbar- Arad served as Vice President for Human Resources at ECtel (Nasdaq: ECTX), which develops and markets integrated revenue management™ (IRM™) solutions for communications service providers. She joined ECtel from Finjan Software where she served as Vice President Human Resources. Prior to Finjan Software Ms. Inbar-Arad was the organizational development and training manager of Orbotech (Nasdaq: ORBK). Prior to that, she served as training development manager at ECI Telecom. Previously, Ms. Inbar-Arad held various lecture and research positions at the Open University and Tel-Aviv University. Ms. Inbar-Arad holds an M.A. in Labor Studies, with honors, and a B.A. in Humanities from Tel-Aviv University, with honors.

Noam Green
VP Marketing

Noam joined Mobixell in 2005 fulfilling multiple Marketing and Pre-sales positions including establishing and managing the company’s presale activities in EMEA and leading the company’s Solutions and Innovations group which focused on business development activities. Currently Noam heads Mobixell’s product and marketing activities. Noam has more than 12 years of experience in the communication business working in companies ranging from Satellite Communication, through Cellular Operators to Telco Software providers. Prior to joining Mobixell, Noam worked at Pelephone’s Engineering division - Israel’s first Mobile Network Operator, where he lead multiple VAS projects, such as Mobile TV, Messaging and Internet Browsing to implementation. Noam holds a B.Sc in Computer Science and Economics from Ben Gurion University.

Guy Kronenthal
VP R&D

Guy Kronenthal joined Mobixell in February 2013 bringing over 20 years of experience in communication markets, working primarily with network operators. Over this period, Guy served in a broad range of technical and management positions in privately held startups and global public companies. Before joining Mobixell, Guy was VP R&D of Axerra Networks, a provider of mobile backhaul solutions. Under his leadership, Axerra Networks was acquired by Dragonwave in late 2010. Prior to Axerra networks, Guy was head of the Carrier Ethernet Transport (CET) R&D division of Nokia Siemens Networks where he was responsible for the development of NSN's next generation CET platform. Prior to NSN, Guy held various management positions at Lynx Photonic Networks, Lucent and in Lannet. Guy has a number of patents in the areas of HTTP, Layer 2 bridging and mobile networks. Guy holds a BSc with honors in Physics and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University

David Seligman
CFO

David Seligman brings over 20 years of experience in various financial executive roles. Since 1996 he has served as Chief Financial Officer of several publicly traded companies, including Syneron Medical Ltd. (Nasdaq: ELOS), NUR Macroprinters Ltd. (Nasdaq: NURM), Radvision Ltd. (Nasdaq: RVSN) and LanOptics Ltd. (Nasdaq: LNOP). Prior to this, David served as a Senior Financial Analyst for Fidelity Investment Systems Company in Boston, Massachusetts. David Seligman has also served as CFO, as a controller and as a financial analyst for several private hi-tech companies. David holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tel-Aviv University, Israel
